• App support. Something not working in Kakuro or the EMI Calculator? Tell us the app, your Android version, and what you expected to happen. Because our apps run entirely on your device, a screenshot usually tells us more than a log ever could.
• Feedback and ideas. Missing a calculator you need, or a puzzle feature you want? We plan releases from exactly this kind of mail.
• Privacy requests. Anything under this site's privacy policy or an app's own policy — including rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Say which app (or this website) your request concerns.
• Press and business. Questions about Northcell or Upamana Labs.

Who you're writing to

Northcell is the app-publishing brand of Upamana Labs, a registered business in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. There's no call centre and no ticket system behind this address — your mail lands with the people who build the apps.

What we can't help with

Payments and refunds for the "Remove ads" purchase are processed by Google Play, not by us — refund requests go through your Google Play order history. Ad content is served by Google AdMob; we don't choose individual ads, but if an ad in one of our apps seems broken or inappropriate, tell us and we'll report and block it where Google's tools allow.
