Nonogram – Logic Puzzles Offline Puzzle

A grid, a set of number clues, and nothing else: work out which cells to fill and which to cross out, line by line, until the clues all agree. Also known as hanjie or griddlers — and like every Northcell app, it works with no internet at all.

Each row and column of the grid carries a sequence of numbers — the lengths of the runs of filled cells in that line, in order. From those clues alone the whole grid can be deduced. There is one solution in every puzzle, reachable by logic without guessing, and the app checks that property for every single grid it offers you.

• Drag to fill, tap to cross. Input built for lines: sweep along a row to fill a run, tap to mark a cell empty.
• Hints that point, not solve. A hint shows you the line where progress is possible rather than filling the grid for you.
• Phone and tablet. Layouts tuned for both, in light and dark.

How it respects your phone and your data

Nonogram runs entirely offline — every puzzle is generated and checked on your device, and your progress, times and streaks live only on your phone (and in your own Android backup if you use one; we never receive them). There is no account and no Northcell server. The only data that leaves the device is what Google's advertising library collects to show ads, described in full in the Nonogram privacy policy. A one-time purchase removes ads and makes hints unlimited.
